As an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, you will perform a blend of surveying and analytical duties across commercial and mixed-use properties in the East Midlands. You work independently within a skilled team, delivering compliant surveys, air monitoring, and reporting while following current legislation and UKAS procedures. Responsibilities

• Carry out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in line with HSG264
• Perform air monitoring, four-stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing, and reassurance sampling
• Work across commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties
• Produce accurate and compliant asbestos survey and analytical reports
• Manage workload across multiple client sites
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures

Key requirements

• BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications (or equivalent)
• Experience as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst or in a dual-qualified role
• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage workload independently
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent communication, organisational and report-writing skills
