Responsibilities

• Lead bid strategy and manage Preconstruction team through Stage 0/1 into main contract, ensuring profitability and alignment with objectives
• Provide leadership, coaching and resources to support project delivery
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance bid quality and competitiveness
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and opportunities to inform strategic decisions
• Coordinate with senior management to allocate resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, contractual obligations and industry standards
