Aftersales Manager

Overview

As an Aftersales Manager at Mercedes-Benz of Stafford, you lead the aftersales department within a premium retail setting. You role-model service excellence and coach a cross-functional team across Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts, driving productivity and customer satisfaction. You balance day-to-day workshop management with performance monitoring to meet budgets and KPIs, while identifying local opportunities to grow the business. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to shape service standards and elevate the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service, parts and workshop teams and set high service standards
• Coach, train and appraise team members to unlock potential
• Maximise customer satisfaction with a personalised service experience
• Monitor department performance against budget and implement improvements
• Analyse local market statistics to identify growth opportunities
• Organise forecasts and reports for the department
• Own and improve Customer Satisfaction metrics
