Preconstruction Director

Overview

In this position you will lead pre-construction activities for a London-based, established fit-out contractor, heading a team of 10 across bid management, planning, design and estimating. You’ll partner with the board, commercial and operations teams to shape winning proposals and robust pre-construction strategies.
