Clinical Negligence – Birmingham

Overview

In this role, you will join a national firm’s expanding serious injury team in Birmingham and manage your own caseload. You will work on cases involving brain, spinal cord, and other serious injuries, including fatal accident work. You’ll collaborate with highly regarded partners and focus on delivering excellent client care. The position offers a chance to contribute to high-stakes litigation within a supportive, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Run your own caseload in clinical negligence/serious injury matters
• Represent adults and children with brain, spinal cord, or other life-changing injuries
• Contribute to fatal accident work alongside the team
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and high standards of care
• Collaborate with experienced partners in a national firm

Key requirements

• 3 years+ PQE (associates)
