Reward Analyst

Overview

As Reward Analyst, you will lead and support international compensation events, including salary and bonus reviews, and provide data-driven analysis to support budgeting and benchmarking. You will partner with International HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to administer compensation programmes and deliver insightful reporting. The role combines process management, system configuration support, and ad-hoc analytics, contributing to UK and international reward initiatives. You will work within the International Compensation team to shape competitive, fair pay practices aligned with the firm’s strategic agenda.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of the international annual salary and bonus review and administration of compensation programmes
• Assist with process planning, system configuration, setup and testing, and act as point of contact for international HR teams
• Prepare compensation models, reports and analytics for annual processes and ad-hoc requests
• Manage market data survey submission, benchmarking, and analysis
• Undertake job evaluation to support UK and international processes
• Lead or support on compensation and wider HR projects (UK or international)
• Provide analytical support to UK Reward Manager (gender pay analysis, real living wage updates, budgeting, salary structures, benchmarking)
• Assist with maintenance of compensation policies and processes in line with business strategy
• Partner with international HR, Finance, and other stakeholders as a Reward SME

Key requirements

• Practical experience as a Reward/Compensation analyst with salary and bonus review exposure
• High proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts) and strong data manipulation/analysis
• Good PowerPoint and report writing skills
• Clear, effective written and oral communication
• Creative thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time effectively
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a matrixed, international HR team
