Gen AI Developer

Overview

In this Gen AI Specialist role, you will help design and deploy AI solutions within a multi-cloud environment, starting with GraphRAG use cases. You’ll collaborate with global AI developers to onboard data, configure vector processing, and build agents that leverage a knowledge graph. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Gen AI capabilities while upholding AI ethics and data safety. This is a hands-on position in a fast-growing COE focused on cutting-edge generative tech.

Responsibilities

• Deploy solutions into new customer tenants using reusable methods
• Onboard customer documents and ensure diagrams are parsed correctly
• Configure Langchain for vector processing and graph extraction
• Create agents to generate outputs from the knowledge graph
• Tune prompts to improve information retrieval for customers
• Collaborate with off-shore teams and share knowledge with AI developers worldwide

Key requirements

• Technical data engineer with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Understanding of AI, AI ethics, and data safety in LLM use
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services (AWS: boto3, Bedrock, Sagemaker, Lambda, S3, EC2; Azure: OpenAI service, Cosmos DB)
• Proficiency in Python; familiarity with LangGraph and Neo4j/cypher
• Knowledge of AI RAG (retrieval augmented generation) and Graph RAG
• Experience with embedding models/LLMs and how they are trained
• Other coding languages/frameworks (e.g., Java/.NET)
• Experience with few-shot detection
• Genuine curiosity and readiness to learn new technologies
