Overview

In this role you will drive global execution of SharkNinja’s top growth initiatives, shaping geographic expansion, new channels, and direct-to-consumer opportunities. You will partner across functions to translate strategy into scalable programs, manage governance, and deliver measurable business impact. The role blends strategic leadership with change management to enable rapid, enterprise-wide growth. You will work in an AI-enabled culture focused on disruptive, cross-border transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of high-priority growth initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Drive geographic expansion, market entry, channel expansion, D2C growth, and social commerce
• Translate priorities into integrated plans with milestones, risks, and success metrics
• Build cross-enterprise partnerships to align resources and execution
• Identify and remove execution barriers to ensure timely decisions
• Lead change management to drive stakeholder alignment and user adoption
• Maintain integrated project plans, governance processes, and performance dashboards
• Develop business cases and support investment decisions for growth initiatives
• Monitor performance and conduct post-launch reviews for continuous improvement
• Stand up repeatable playbooks and scalable operating models for new markets and channels
• Establish enterprise rhythms and governance to ensure accountability and rapid progress

Key requirements

• 12+ years in strategy execution, business operations, consulting, program leadership, commercial execution, or related fields
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable results
• Experience in market expansion, channel expansion, commercialization, or enterprise growth
• Experience leading AI-enabled initiatives, including evaluating, implementing, and driving adoption
• Experience working with executive leaders and influencing decisions in matrix organizations
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
