CRM Strategist – Luxury Jewellery (Omnichannel)

Austen & Blake in London is seeking a data-driven CRM Manager to own and deliver the CRM strategy across email, SMS and other owned channels, boosting engagement, retention and revenue. You will work closely with E-Commerce, Store, Marketing and Creative to embed CRM across the customer journey, with hands-on execution and regular performance reviews to senior stakeholders.
