Revenue-Driven Reservations Specialist

The Savoy in London is seeking a Reservations Consultant to join the Reservations team and drive revenue through upselling and exceptional guest service.

You will develop thorough knowledge of the hotel’s rooms, facilities, and promotions, respond to enquiries promptly, and convert interest into confirmed bookings while upholding Savoy standards. A 1–3 year hospitality background is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.
