Hybrid Technical Helpdesk Specialist 2nd/3rd Line Support

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Technical Helpdesk Support to back our Inteq operations in Milton Keynes. The role covers 2nd–3rd line support for automated warehouse solutions, with a rotating shift pattern and weekend on-call on mornings.

This permanent, full-time position offers hybrid working, combining home working with Milton Keynes office time and occasional visits to customer locations. You will triage tickets, investigate incidents, and provide timely updates to customers.
