Hybrid Employment Specialist: Help People Secure Paid Work

EDT in Sunderland is seeking an Employment Specialist to deliver person-centred employment support to individuals with health conditions, disabilities, and complex barriers to work. The role uses a Supported Employment model and requires travel across the Sunderland area.

You will manage a caseload of 20–25 participants, collaborate with Jobcentre Plus, local employers, NHS and social care services, and other organisations to create pathways into paid work and sustained outcomes.
