Safeguarding Social Worker for At-Risk Youth (One-to-One)

Sefton Council in Sefton is seeking an experienced CE Social Worker to join the My SPACE Team. You will safeguard and empower vulnerable children and young people, delivering direct one-to-one interventions and supporting them to understand risk and build resilience.

You will collaborate with families and partner agencies to ensure a coordinated, child-centred approach, while managing caseloads and maintaining meticulous records in a fast-paced environment.
