CNC Machinist – Turning or Milling

Trident Recruitment is recruiting an experienced CNC Machinist for a senior position in Dunstable. This opportunity would suit someone with a strong background in CNC turning or milling and experience programming Doosan machines using Fanuc controls.

The Role

• Program, set and operate Doosan CNC turning or milling machines using Fanuc controls.
• Work from engineering drawings to produce accurate components.
• Select tooling, adjust offsets and optimise machining processes.
• Inspect components to ensure they meet specifications.
• Bring experience and a practical approach to resolving machining issues.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong CNC turning or milling experience.
• Confident Fanuc programming skills.
• Experience working with Doosan machines.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances.
• A reliable, experienced machinist comfortable taking responsibility in a senior role.
