RN Lead — Dementia & Complex Care (Days)

Maria Mallaband Care Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a Nursing Home specialising in dementia and complex care. You will lead shifts, deliver person-centred care, manage medication and contribute to high-quality resident outcomes.

Flexible hours and rolling shifts across 7 days, including alternate weekends, offer a balance between patient care and staff development. You will collaborate with GPs and MDTs to coordinate care and support residents and families.
