SEN & SEMH Support Assistant – 1:1 & Small Groups

Prospero Teaching Birmingham is seeking Specialist SEN Support Staff to work across schools in Solihull, supporting children and young people with SEMH needs. The role involves 1:1 and small-group support in a caring environment.

You will collaborate with teachers and SEN teams to implement positive behaviour strategies, build resilience and help pupils achieve their goals. Experience with SEN/SEMH is preferred.
