In-Home Reablement Care Specialist

Care Dorset Limited is seeking a Community Reablement Worker to provide in-home reablement support and help individuals regain independence within a planned care package.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while adhering to CQC standards and safeguarding guidelines. A driving license and flexibility for shifts are preferred and training opportunities are provided.
