Relief Care Assistant – Compassionate Community Caregiver

Jewish Care at Rosetrees in Friern Barnet is seeking a Relief Care Assistant to join the Care team. This role offers 12-hour shifts from 8am to 8pm, including some weekends, and focuses on person-centred support for residents. Full training is provided and no prior care experience is required.

You will support daily living, provide companionship, encourage independence, help with meals and activities, and work as part of a warm, supportive team to deliver high-quality care.
