Part-time NORC Ageing Well Lead — Community & Partnerships

South West Community Chaplaincy seeks a part-time coordinator to work with Hulme’s high-rise communities on ageing at height initiatives. You will help identify needs, empower tenants to organise, and coordinate cross-sector partnerships to improve housing, health and social care support.

The role focuses on empowering older residents, driving social inclusion, and coordinating with an Independent Living Worker, volunteers and freelancers to deliver practical community improvements in Hulme.
