Ductwork Project Manager
Location: Westminster, LondonRate: £300 per dayDuration: 18 monthsStart Date: ASAP
We are currently looking for an experienced Ductwork Project Manager to oversee and manage ductwork installation works on a long-term project.
The successful candidate must have a strong background in ductwork and ventilation systems, with proven experience managing projects, site teams and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage ductwork installation works from start to completion.
Coordinate site operatives, supervisors and subcontractors.
Ensure works are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress and ensure programme deadlines are met.
Liaise with clients, contractors and site management.
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Valid SMSTS and CSCS cards – Essential.
Proven experience as a Ductwork Project Manager.
Strong background in ductwork installation and ventilation systems.
Experience managing commercial construction projects.
Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage site teams and coordinate multiple work activities.
Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures.
