Senior Night Nurse: Lead Shifts, Train Students, Grow

Colten Care’s Amberwood House in Ferndown, Dorset, is seeking senior nurses to join our clinical team and contribute to senior decision-making. This 36-hour-per-week role includes alternate weekends, paid breaks, and training opportunities.

You will lead shifts, coordinate care with the multi-disciplinary team, support residents’ health and wellbeing, and develop practice with revalidation and supervisor roles. We value experienced, compassionate nurses who can mentor others.
