Senior Quantity Surveyor – Hybrid (Perth)

Senior Quantity Surveyor required by a leading Tier 1 civil engineering contractor on a major civils project near Perth. Hybrid working offered, with flexibility to consider candidates from Aberdeen, Dundee, Fife and Central Belt.

You’ll lead commercial activities across subcontract packages, provide cost controls, prepare estimates and CVRs, manage budgets and forecasts, and support dispute resolution. A strong focus on mentoring and best-practice commercial processes is essential.
