Housing Infrastructure Engineer — Design & Delivery (Hybrid)

Barratt is recruiting for a Design/Technical role overseeing infrastructure design for residential developments. You will manage external consultants, secure S38/S104/S278 adoption, and ensure adherence to building regulations while coordinating with the internal design team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years post-qualification experience in a design environment (civil/structural), with Autodesk PDS or Microdrainage skills and strong negotiation abilities with authorities.
