Electronics Test & Reliability Lead

Cambridge Science Park is seeking an Electronics Engineering Team Lead to lead the Electronics Test Team across the full product lifecycle, delivering thorough verification, validation, reliability, and failure analysis activities.

You will define test strategies and governance, manage schedules using Agile, Jira and MS Project, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, Design, Software, Manufacturing and Quality to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
