Senior Service Delivery Lead – ITIL-Driven Digital Ops

National Highways is seeking a Lead Service Delivery Manager to join the Service Operations Division and drive the delivery and continual improvement of integrated IT services across multiple business and technical lines.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams to ensure services meet business needs, deliver value for money and support strategic objectives. This is a hybrid role with two days in the office and UK-wide location flexibility.
