Overview

As Property Litigation Partner, you will lead complex real estate disputes for landlords, developers and lenders within a top-tier, growth-minded firm. You join a London-based Real Estate Disputes team and drive high-value matters while shaping strategy, client development and team progression. The role combines leadership of cases with building the practice and cross-referrals to fuel growth. You will operate in a hybrid environment with a clear path to partnership, contributing to the firm’s expansion goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex property disputes (including developer and right-to-light, party wall and trespass, landlord-tenant litigation, possession and mortgage claims, contested lease renewals, forfeiture, secured recovery)
• Strategically develop clients and cross-referrals; supervise and mentor junior lawyers; influence the department’s growth trajectory
