Guest Experience Host – Fast-Paced Casino & Leisure

Resorts World Birmingham is seeking a Welcome Host to greet guests, guide their visit and ensure smooth operations from arrival onwards.

You will support guest interactions in a busy lobby, manage flow during peaks, and perform ID checks with professionalism while promoting our venues and events. A positive, can-do attitude and prior hospitality or customer service experience are preferred.
