HR Admin Apprentice: CIPD Path & Hands-On HR

John Ruskin College in Croydon/Redhill is seeking a People Administration Apprentice to join the People Team. This one-year fixed-term salaried apprenticeship offers hands-on HR experience while working toward a CIPD Level 3 qualification.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, ER processes and maintain employee records. Training includes using HR systems, responding to staff queries, and attending meetings with HR professionals to develop practical HR knowledge.
