Connect to Work Specialist — Hybrid Employment Support

Stoke-on-Trent City Council’s JET service is recruiting a Connect to Work facilitator to deliver the programme on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions. You will provide person-centred support to clients, including vocational profiling, SMART action planning and job preparation assistance.
