Blackburn College is seeking a proactive Pastoral Support role to engage students and remove barriers to attendance and achievement. You will coordinate interventions, safeguard vulnerable individuals, and work with staff to maximise external support and outreach services.
You will champion pastoral themes, develop prevention and early help approaches, and contribute to a central Pastoral Hub to improve student engagement for both young people and adults.
