We are excited to support a college in the Worthing area as they seek a passionate and motivated Graduate Engineering Technician

If you are a graduate with a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and you have a genuine interest in supporting students, this is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career!

• Graduate Engineering Technician
• ASAP Start – July 2027
• Full-time, Monday – Friday
• College in Worthing Area
• £500- £550 per week pro-rata (term time only)
• Gain valuable experience supporting students with a wide range of needs
• Ideal pathway for those considering teacher training, further study in Engineering or Education

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to both teachers and students the students
• Support one-on-one or in small groups
• Help prepare and adapt materials and resources to suit students’ individual learning needs and creative preferences.
• Support the emotional and social development of students, fostering self-confidence
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and supported in their educational journey.
