Senior Care Supervisor: Lead Team, Enhanced Weekend/Night Pay

Bath and North East Somerset Council is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for a 12-month fixed-term contract at Cleeve Court in Twerton, Bath. The role is 28 hours per week, 08:00–17:00, supporting the Registered Manager to maintain exceptional care standards for older residents with frailty and dementia.

You will supervise staff, assist with rota cover, staff development and audits, and liaise with medical teams to deliver safe, dignified care. DBS enhanced checking applies.
