Night Shift Senior Care Lead – Residential & Dementia

Bower Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, in Linlithgow, is recruiting a Senior Care Assistant for our brand new care home. You will support colleagues, shape the service, deliver person-centred care, and help create a warm, well-organised home for residents and families.

In this role you will lead shifts, oversee medication administration, monitor residents’ wellbeing, maintain care records and communicate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of high-quality care.
