Accessibility & Inclusion Lead – Stadium & Events

Aston Villa Football Club is seeking a Disability Access Officer to lead accessibility across the club, ensuring services are inclusive and barrier-free for all supporters. You will influence design of accessible services, engage external partners, and champion diversity and inclusion across the organization.

You will represent the club with external bodies, attend matchdays, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver practical accessibility solutions.
