Estates Helpdesk Coordinator – Customer-Driven Ops

Bradfield College is seeking a Helpdesk Co-ordinator to join our Estates team. You will manage the day-to-day operation of the Estates Helpdesk, coordinating maintenance requests and contractor activities and handling related administrative processes.

You will act as a key link between customers, maintenance teams and contractors, delivering excellent customer service while supporting safe, compliant and effective operation of the College estate.
