Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Report directly to the Department Director
• Lead all aspects of Public Law work, providing technical expertise and guidance
• Supervise Solicitors, Trainee Solicitors and Caseworkers
• Prepare and manage funding applications to the Legal Aid Agency
• Draft documents, witness statements and evidence processing
• Attend conferences and court proceedings
• Engage in business development and marketing activities
