Charity Finance Partner — Hybrid, Autonomous

Doing Good Recruitment is seeking a Finance Business Partner to lead the end-to-end finance function for a charity portfolio. Based at their Derbyshire office with remote connection to the wider team, you’ll advise senior leaders and strengthen financial resilience across multiple organisations.

You will own monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, donor reporting and year-end processes, with flexible hybrid work (4 days in office). Salary £40,000–£49,000 depending on experience.
