Flagship Children’s Home Manager (LD/EBD)

Not Applicable seeks an experienced Registered Manager to lead a flagship 6‑bed children’s residential home for Learning Disabilities (LD) and/or Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The role requires strong regulatory expertise, safeguarding focus and a proven track record of safe, nurturing care for vulnerable children.

You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, supervise staff, drive continuous improvement, prepare for Ofsted inspections and build a resilient, child‑centred team culture.
