Job Description:
St Andrew’s Essex seeks an experienced Deputy Ward Manager or equivalent to provide visible clinical and operational support across inpatient services. The role oversees ward practice, staffing, incidents and regulatory compliance, while supporting nursing teams and ensuring effective handovers on a 24/7 basis.
The role requires NMC registration, a nursing degree (Mental Health/LD/Adult) and the ability to lead calmly in emergencies.
