Compass Community Limited is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a 5-bed children’s home in England. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure high standards of care and safeguarding, and work closely with therapeutic and education services to support children aged 5-18.
The role offers a base salary of £51,731 to £59,606 with potential bonuses up to £16,000, plus a £5,000 relocation package. A minimum of five years in residential children’s care and management experience are required.
