Senior Care Assistant — Lead Day Shifts in Quality Care

Care Concern Group’s Haling Park Care Home in Croydon is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a shift and deliver safe, person-centred care for 62 residents. You will oversee medication administration, monitor wellbeing and maintain clear care records while liaising with families and health professionals.

The role is full-time, days only, 46 hours per week, with DBS, pension and uniform provided. NVQ2+ and leadership skills are required, with progression opportunities within the group.
