Zego is seeking a part-time, AI-first Executive Assistant to support the CEO and CFO. You’ll blend high-level strategic assistance with the practical tasks required to keep a fast-moving leadership function running smoothly, using AI as your default working method.

You will own diary management, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare materials, and triage communications. You’ll work across internal teams and external partners to keep priorities in sync.
