Senior Product Developer

Morphologic is looking for an experienced Senior Product Developer to join our growing development team. This is a full-time, hybrid role based around our Wakefield office, working closely with our Lead Product Developer and wider team.

This is a hands-on senior development role with a particular focus on system and database architecture. You will play a key part in designing, building and evolving the technical foundations of the Morphologic platform, while continuing to contribute directly to development.

The role will help shape our system architecture, data architecture, technical roadmap and engineering standards as the platform grows. You will bring particular expertise in database design and data modelling, application architecture, APIs and integrations, scalability, performance, security and resilience.

You will design and review technical solutions, develop new platform features, build and maintain APIs and integrations, identify technical debt and performance constraints, and help ensure the platform remains secure, scalable and maintainable. You will also contribute to automated testing, CI/CD and release processes, code reviews, technical documentation and technical decision-making.

Working alongside our Lead Product Developer, you will support and mentor other developers, share knowledge and help maintain high engineering standards across the team. As an early-stage technology company, the role also offers the opportunity to influence how our platform and technical capability develop as the business grows.
