Support the Nursery Manager in delivering top-tier care and EYFS education while co-leading a dynamic team.
Leadership: Deputise for the Nursery Manager and guide daily staff operations.
EYFS Delivery: Plan and implement engaging, play-based early learning experiences.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain Ofsted standards, safeguarding protocols, risk assessments, and record-keeping.
