• Create and maintain strong client relationships while promoting Social Value services and other AtkinsRéalis services• Develop, manage and deliver Social Value delivery plans for clients and project teams• Plan and run Social Value programmes and activities• Manage community partners and engage key stakeholders• Collaborate across the business and with joint venture partners• Contribute to business development through network building, opportunity identification, bidding and client presentations• Support procurement and supplier management• Support supply chain engagement and upskilling
Requirements
- Demonstrable industry experience in delivery of social value activities and programmes
- Passion for social impact and ensuring communities have a real say in shaping projects
- Strong technical understanding of the Social Value landscape in England, economic impact, environmental management, corporate responsibility or sustainability
- Commercial awareness and business development skills
- Proactive and confident; able to work collaboratively and independently
- Attention to detail and ability to complete all aspects of work
- Ability to write bids and develop creative social value responses
- Comfortable with multitasking and change
- Relevant qualification in social, environmental or natural science, or similar subject, or demonstrable industry experience
- Ability to operate in an agile environment across multiple projects simultaneously
- May require security clearance
- May require proof of residency in the UK for 5 years or longer for security vetting
