Construction Assurance Manager – Highways Delivery Lead

National Highways is seeking a Construction Assurance Manager for the North West region. You will ensure schemes meet time, cost, quality and safety targets while safeguarding customer experience on civil engineering works.

Based in Warrington, Preston, Penrith or Manchester, you will drive on-site delivery, coordinate across partners and guide project managers through governance and early warnings. A strong safety and construction background is essential.
