Senior Legal Counsel (12 Month FTC) Immediate start

We’re working with a global business looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join its London legal team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you’ll work across a broad mix of corporate, commercial and strategic matters, including commercial contracts, corporate transactions and M&A.

Key requirements:

• Corporate and commercial background
• Private practice trained
• Experience supporting corporate transactions, M&A matters and commercial contracts
• Comfortable working across a broad range of legal matters
