FP&A Manager – Banking Strategy & Forecasting

Chetwood Bank is seeking a Financial Analysis Manager in Manchester to drive the financial strategy, lead AOP/ROP planning and forecasting, and oversee KPI analysis and reporting. You will build robust financial models, partner with Credit Risk and Commercial teams, and present insights to senior leadership for strategic growth.

The role requires strong FP&A background in banking, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP/FP&A tools such as Anaplan, SAP or Oracle. Hybrid working is offered.
