Junior Social Content Creator

Overview

In this role you will craft fast, trend-driven social content for clients, combining hands-on filming, editing, and concepting. You will work closely with client teams to keep content fresh while aligning with brand guidelines. Expect a fast-paced cycle of ideation, production, and posting, with a test-and-learn mindset to improve performance. This is a hands-on creator role in a Growth Invention environment that values speed, creativity, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Generate quick, trend-led organic social content ideas aligned with client culture
• Shoot and edit short-form videos independently using CapCut or in-app editors
• React rapidly to social trends and post content within tight timeframes
• Collaborate with team and clients, presenting ideas clearly and confidently
• Travel to locations for shoots and brand activations
• Manage and utilise a large brand asset library for inspiration and support
• Maintain brand guidelines while experimenting with creative formats
• Adopt a doer-and-maker mindset, prioritising action, ideation, and learning from performance
• Support production of high volumes of engaging, snackable social content on a daily basis

Key requirements

• Experience creating or managing content for TikTok/Instagram with a portfolio
• Hands-on filming and on-camera presentation with confidence
• Proficiency with CapCut or similar video editing apps
• Ability to generate quick, trend-led ideas for Gen Z and broader audiences
• Strong communication skills and collaboration ability
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and multiple shoots including travel
• High regard for brand guidelines and creative tenets while experimenting
• Willingness to test, learn, and iterate based on performance
