Wordsmith in Edinburgh is hiring an Enablement Lead to own how customers learn Wordsmith, from onboarding to self-sufficient use. You will design the curriculum, run live training, and build a self-paced academy to empower lawyers and business users across accounts.
The role focuses on enablement, not delivery or sales, and requires strong teaching, organization, and curiosity about AI in legal tech. You’ll work with a cross-functional team in person from Edinburgh.
